A Taipei, Tao busca deixar una empremta en Shin, mentre Melih, un emigrant turc que regenta una parada de fideus, intenta acostar-se a Yu-ping. Les seves històries s’entrecreuen entre records incerts i desitjos difícils d’explicar. En el seu primer llargmetratge, Ka Ki Wong convida els intèrprets a compartir i representar experiències pròpies, barrejant testimonis, ficció i improvisació. Estrenada a la competició Next:Wave de CPH:DOX, la pel·lícula explora amb llibertat i humor les formes que inventem per connectar amb els altres.

Official competition
In Taipei, Tao tries to leave a lasting impression on Shin, while Melih, a Turkish migrant who runs a noodle stall, attempts to get closer to Yu-ping. Their stories intersect through uncertain memories and desires that resist explanation. In her first feature, Ka Ki Wong invites her performers to share and re-enact their own experiences, blending testimony, fiction and improvisation. Premiered in the Next:Wave competition at CPH:DOX, the film freely and playfully explores the ways we invent to connect with others.

- Ka Ki Wong es va formar a la London Film School i ha participat a Berlinale Talents, la Golden Horse Film Academy i la Locarno Filmmakers Academy. El seu curt Wild Child va rebre el premi Fresh Wave a Hong Kong. Amb I Heard That They Are Not Going to See Each Other Anymore debuta en el llargmetratge i aprofundeix en el diàleg entre experiència personal, interpretació i relat.
